These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and stays at Hotel Drei Kreuz Salzburg.
A booking becomes binding once it has been confirmed in writing, by telephone, or online. By making a reservation, guests agree to the hotel’s applicable Terms & Conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are per room, per night, and include all applicable taxes and charges.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the guest’s credit card before arrival.
Check-in is completed contactlessly through our self check-in system.
Check-in: From 1:00 PM
Check-out: Until 11:00 AM
Access details will be sent by email or message prior to arrival.
Cancellation policies depend on the selected rate and booking platform. Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for refunds.
In the event of a no-show, the total booking amount may be charged.
Pets are warmly welcome at Hotel Drei Kreuz. The hotel reserves the right to charge additional cleaning fees in the event of excessive soiling or damage.
Parking spaces are available subject to availability. The hotel accepts no liability for parked vehicles or their contents, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
We kindly ask all guests to be respectful of one another. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
Any damage or excessive cleaning required may result in additional charges.
The hotel is liable only within the scope of applicable legal regulations. No liability is accepted for guests’ valuables.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Austrian law. The place of jurisdiction is Salzburg, Austria, where legally permissible.
